Once an online order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order has left our warehouse. For all Australian orders, these will be sent via Australia Post and can be tracked online at: https://auspost.com.au
For NZ, US and international orders, these will be shipped with DHL and can be tracked online via the below two options:

*Please be aware that for personalised orders, you will receive your tracking information at the point that the parcel is shipped to our third party embroiderer, rather than when the order is shipped to you for delivery. The status of the tracking will remain at "Ready for pick up" until the order has been personalised and sent back to our warehouse. For personalised orders, please allow an extra 3-4 business days from when you receive the tracking number before this will activate a tracking update online.
