Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking details. This will include your tracking number and the relevant link to track your delivery.
If you haven't received your shipment confirmation after 2 business days, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If an order is placed prior to 3pm AEST, this will be dispatched the same day. However, if there is any issues relating to your order (stock issues, address issues etc) or during peak times and sale periods, we can experience delays for up to 2-4 business days so please do give our warehouse a little bit of time to get your goodies packed and out the door!
*Please be aware that for personalised orders, you will receive your tracking information at the point that the parcel is shipped to our third party embroiderer, rather than when the order is shipped to you for delivery. The status of the tracking will remain at "Ready for pick up" until the order has been personalised and sent back to our warehouse. For personalised orders, please allow an extra 3-5 business days from when you receive the tracking number before this will activate a tracking update online.
