Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Using this number, the order can be tracked through www.startrack.com.au for Australia and http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking/tracking_tools.html for New Zealand and International orders.
*Please be aware that for personalised orders, you will receive your tracking information at the point that the parcel is shipped to our third party embroiderer, rather than when the order is shipped to you for delivery. The status of the tracking will remain at "Ready for pick up" until the order has been personalised and sent back to our warehouse. For personalised orders, please allow an extra 3-4 business days from when you receive the tracking number before this will activate a tracking update online.
