You will find the option to enter your gift card details at the payment page of the checkout process. Please ensure you hit continue to deduct the gift card amount from the order.
If you have more than one gift card, you can just repeat the process to add further gift cards to the payment method.
If your gift card amount is higher than the total transaction amount, the remaining amount will stay active on the card for you to use at a later date.
If you are receiving an "Invalid gift card or pin number" error message at the checkout, this may be due to the gift card being an in store gift card only. Please read the small print on the back of the gift card or alternatively, if the back of the card has a magnetic strip like a bank card this is a Gift Card purchased from 3rd party retailers and is for in store use only.
If the gift card does not have the magnetic strip across the back, but you are still getting the error message, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
