If you cannot get back to a store this can be posted back to our Distribution Centre in Regents Park, Sydney, NSW. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the products back to us. *We highly recommend using a tracked service as Bras N Things cannot be held accountable for anything that does not make it back to our warehouse.
Please ensure you keep the tracking number in a safe location until we have received the product. Shipping costs do apply and are non refundable. Please contact the customer care team for the returns form you will need to complete and return with your item/s. If you do not have access to a printer please include the same information that is required on a blank piece of paper.
To ensure an efficient returns process. Please also include within the package:
1. A contact number our Warehouse Team can contact you on to process the refund.
2. Your email address.
3. Your full name.
4. Receipt for the product (if you no longer have the receipt we can only refund the amount that the product scans in for currently).
Once returned we can give you a call and refund the product over the phone back onto the original method of payment or email you an eGift card which can be used in store or online for any future purchases.
Please allow 5-7 business days after the item has been received into our warehouse for this process to be complete.
