If you wish to return your goods, complete the online returns process as per the current Bras N Things returns policy. If you are wanting a refund of your products back to your ZipPay account, these must be posted back to our Sydney Distribution Centre. Returns sent back to our warehouse will be made directly to your ZipPay account once the goods have been received by Bras N Things and meet our returns policy. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for the returning items/s will be refunded once processed through our system.
Alternatively, you can return any items you are not satisfied with; by visiting your local Bras N Things store. If you would like to change the size only you can easily exchange the exact same product for another size at any Bras N Things store. If you wish to request a refund of the product we can provide this in store onto a debit or credit card, however please note that you will be required to continue to pay your ZipPay contract in full. We recommend transferring the refunded funds straight back onto your remaining amount owed within your ZipPay account.
