Items paid with Afterpay can be exchanged in Australian stores only for the same product in an alternative size. If you wish to return or exchange for a different product, we would recommend opting for a refund of the item back to your Afterpay account and repurchasing the new products via Afterpay or your preferred payment method. Afterpay orders can be returned to all of our Australian Stores or back to our Sydney Distribution Centre for a refund back to your Afterpay account. *Excludes gift cards, e-gift card and toys.
When returning items back to our warehouse, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. If you decide to return the items via post; please package the items up and post these back to us with your returns form to the Bras N Things Regents Park Warehouse at the below address;

Please note. If returning via post we strongly recommend using a tracked service. Bras N Things cannot take responsibility for any returned items that get lost in transit back to our warehouse.
As per our standard returns process, once the item(s) are received we will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account and send you an email confirming the return and refund details.
Please note: We will only be able to process your refund through Afterpay once your return reaches our HQ and has been processed by our Returns Team. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for the returning items/s will be refunded once processed through our system.
