Having troubles resetting your password? If you are trying to reset your password but not getting an email to reset, this could be due to a few different reasons:
- You may not have an online account with us. The best way to check this is to hit 'Create account' and pop in your details. If you have an account, it will let you know but if you don't, you will be able to easily create one.
- If you have signed up in store, this won't automatically sign you up online as our customer accounts systems are separate.
- If you have made a purchase online and checked out as a guest, this won't create you an account.
- If you have deleted your account, you won't be able to login with this email again.
- Our reset password email might also be hiding in your junk/spam or promotions folder so be sure to check in there!
